CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us, and we reserve the time especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 72 hrs (business hours Mon-Fri) notice for cancellations.
Otherwise a $75 fee will apply for less than 72 hrs notice and 1/2 the service fee for nail services. Same day cancellations or no showing, 100% of the service is due before another appointment will be made.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and the guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
*A non- refundable booking deposit is required upon booking. This fee will go towards your service.
*There is a 10 min grace period. Let us know if you’re running late, so we don’t run late for anyone else.
*GIFT CARDS should be used in a timely manner. For every year it’s not used a $25 fee will be added, that’s the responsibility of the guest that was gifted the gift card.
