A Few Things Worth Knowing
Deposits. A 30% deposit holds your appointment and applies to your service.
Cancellations. 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without a fee. Under that, the deposit is retained. I’m one person with one treatment room — a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.
Running late. Arrive more than 10 minutes late and I may need to shorten the treatment to protect the next client’s time. Full price still applies.
Paramedical work. Every paramedical service requires an in-person consultation before booking, and there’s no same-day treatment at a first visit. Camouflage also requires a pigment patch test so we match your skin correctly.
Gratuity for Keren. Appreciated, never expected. A referral is worth more to me than a tip line.
Final sale. All treatments, retail, and shipping are final and non-refundable. Sterile skincare can’t be reused or resold. If a product arrives damaged, text the studio and I’ll make it right. -
HOW TO PREPARE
-
Before Your Appointment
Come with clean skin if you can, but don’t stress it — there’s makeup remover in the bathroom and I’ll cleanse you anyway.
Tell me if you:
• Have taken Accutane in the last [6–12 months]
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have had a cold sore outbreak, or get them regularly
• Have had injectables or filler in the last two weeks
• Are on antibiotics, retinoids, or acne medication
• Have recent sun exposure or a fresh tan
Skip beforehand:
• Waxing or hair removal on the treatment area for [48 hours / 1 week]
• Retinol and exfoliating acids for [3–5 days] before peels and microneedling
• Sun exposure and tanning beds for [1 week]
None of this is fussiness. It’s what keeps me from having to cut your treatment short on the bed. -
